World of Warcraft - Cosmic Energy Bar UI

Patch 9.2 released a new zone - Zereth Mortis. In one area, players can use Cosmic Energy to teleport to various runes collected across the map. This Cosmic Energy Bar tracks the teleportation runes the player has unlocked, as well as their Cosmic Energy level.
